Some friends are thinking of going to SA and we were encouraging them to go with you. Going on to your website reminded me of the great holiday you helped us with at least two years now and I got to thinking: 'Did I ever write to say thank you"?
So just in case I didn't let me say that we would recommend your knowledgable, friendly and personal service to anyone. Our itinerary was perfectly planned. We stayed in some very classy places - always mysteriously in the best rooms - and at prices that we wouldn't have believed possible. And some quirky places too - just what we love. Great just to arrive and hand in our voucher. One guest house (such a name doesn't do it justice) owner greeted us with "oh you're with Mike - he's the only one of the agents who does it properly"!
If we go again, and I hope we will, it will be with Cape Tours.

We're back from a marvellous holiday and we'd like to thank you both for the excellent service we've had from Cape Tours. The planning and organisation of our holiday was really exceptional and our stays at the various accommodations you arranged have been absolutely first class. Everything went of to a "T" from the flight arrangements, the various tranfers and choice of excellent accommodations we stayed in. Yes we did have a blip with the flight from PE to Cape Town but hey things like that happen and it certainly didn't detract from a truly enjoyable and unique experience for us both. (Thanks again for keeping us informed of the situation with 1Time by email whilst we were in Camps Bay).
Many thanks and we will certainly have no quarms about recommending Cape-Tours to anyone wishing to visit South Africa in future (...and we know where to come should we be lucky enough to do it again!).

I would like to start by saying a huge thank you for booking Jonathon's surprise 30th to South Africa. He was soooo shocked when I told him a week before we were due to fly and he didn't believe how well organised everything was!!!
After spending hours researching the vast options and opportunities which are available in South Africa, I was left bewildered. This is when I came across Cape Tours through google and contacted you via email.
Once I gave you my budget you came back to me in no time at all with some itinerary options. We then discussed the best options over the phone and within a couple of days of putting an itinerary suited to Jonathon and I, I booked the holiday straight away with no hesitation.
You helped us immensely by providing us with ‘must see’ information on sites and locations which we used every day on our drive (totalling 950 miles) visiting Monkeyland, Birds of Eden, Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, Boulders Beach, Cape Point to name a few!Lalibela, the safari was the best part of our trip as neither of us have been on safari and Trevor our guide was so full of knowledge he really taught us a lot about the wildlife. We saw everything apart from Buffalo and Leopard so was really fortunate.
The Lofts in Knysna was the best hotel we have ever stayed in and all the staff so friendly. Even the breakfast at Ile de Pain was to die for!!!
Hermanus, we stayed here for the Shark Dive and again what a beautiful place it is. The shark dive Jonathon and I both did in the end as the company you booked for us made us feel so safe and it was the best experience ever! We saw 8 great whites that day and we went to shark alley to see the seals which topped that trip off!
Our final destination was Camps Bay and WOW it is like a Caribbean beach front, we will be staying at place on the bay again!
This trip was a holiday of a lifetime and every part of it far exceeded our already high expectations. So thank you once again to Cape Tours as we could not have done this without you, we will be 100 million % be booking with you again as we will be visiting SA many more times as there is sooooo much to see and it is such a beautiful country.
We took over 1,500 pictures so I will add some to your facebook once I have gone through them so may take a few weeks but I am happy for you to post any information on your website along with photo's I upload.

It’s been a few weeks since Tina and I came back from our trip to South Africa and we wanted to say a huge thank you for an absolutely fabulous holiday.
You got it absolutely right, everything was just perfect, from the itinerary, choice of locations, Hotels with their excellent service, even your hand written driving directions between each Hotel and town were spot on and all rounded off with spectacular scenery and weather everywhere we went.
It was wonderful and we can’t thank you enough, needless to say we have recommended you to our friends and I’m sure they will be contacting you at some point.
We have promised ourselves another trip in the next couple of years and we will definitely be in touch with you to organise that one.

Just a quick note to thank you for all your help in organising the trip.
The places we stayed were perfect, The Deck on Manning had a cabin at Kings Park where they invited us to on test day, and the welcome we had at the Aanmani Rose unlike andything we've experinced before. Camps Bay we absolutely beautiful, walking out of the excellent Ocean View Guest House to see hump back whales in the bay was something else, as was the shark dive.
All of your advice and personal knowledge was invaluable, as was your willingness to change arrangements easily as people were added or minds were changed. I will definately be returning to S.A. with the family and will use Cape Tours again without hesitation, and will recommend you to anybody interested in travelling to S.A.

Wanted to say a big thank you for your help in organising one of the best holiday's we've had. Everywhere we stayed was great and everything was perfect throughout the whole hoiday in SA. Just returned - fantastic holiday that went like clockwork. The Views was a great choice and they did include one spa treatment everyday as part of their opening offer.. Drove on first day to Knysa and Plett but much preferred Wilderness to stay in.
Good directions to Franshoek and Klein Genot Hotel and restaurant lived up to our friends recommendation.
V+A Hotel a good choice in the heart of things and we used their sister Dock House pool on the last day - much better than location of the Vineyard where friends were staying as nice as it is. Drove right round peninsula and sunset ride up Table Mountain in perfect weather.
Security certainly not an issue, driving or walking round The Waterfront - we didn't need to go into town in the evening. Felt safer than in London! Found all the South Africans the most friendly we've met anywhere.
Thank you and Erika for all your help and advice etc. including our last minute changes. We would definitely use you again to visit other areas and recommend Cape Tours to our friends. Please feel free to use us as a reference.

Many thanks to your team for fixing up a wonderful trip to South Africa for our Ruby Wedding celebrations.
Your initial advice on the number of days to spend in each location worked very well and we are very pleased to spend the extra day in Cape Town.
Ocean View House was a fine hotel in an excellent location. We made many interesting trips and some great meals --particularly at the Codfather in Camps Bay.
Our trip into the Winelands was most enjoyable with plenty of excellent tasting sessions. We loved Klein Genot with it's excellent rooms, location and overall style.
The Cinnamon Guest House at Wilderness was top class and I have written a very favourable review for the Trip Advisor website. Desmond and Johan are the perfect hosts.
We enjoyed our stay at the Lily Pond at Natures Valley. The staff were most friendly and the food was very good. The local nature sanctuaries were most interesting and well worth a visit.
The Kichaka Game reserve was fabulous!! The location, accommodation, cuisine and staff were without fault and we had 4 exciting game drives seeing lots of animals and activity. The lodge staff have asked me to forward some pictures to them as we witnessed a lion kill right outside our room!It was a great finale to the holiday.
Overall, we were most struck by the real friendliness of everybody we meet in South Africa.
I saw lots of "I love tourism" stickers!!
We have over 400 wonderful pictures of our trip which will give us a lot of pleasure to review!!
