Klein Karroo is an authentic working ostrich farm; you can take a tour of the farm where 20,000 ostriches are kept mainly for the production and worldwide export of ostrich meat, leather and feathers. A highlight is that a large part of the farm has been made available to a wide variety of indigenous game like zebra, springbok, blue wildebeest, kudu, impala, eland, waterbuck and nyala.
Klein Karoo has 12 boutique glamping tents. Accommodation is all about boutique glamping, where guests can experience the freedom and beauty of the great outdoors, without compromising on the comforts they love. The custom-designed boutique glamping tents are spacious and fully furnished with excellent kitchens, comfortable bedrooms (two separate bedrooms), and large showers.
Meals form a special part of any holiday in South Africa. The resort offers delectable locally sourced breakfast and braai (BBQ) baskets for guests to cook in their fully equipped kitchens or on the braai (BBQ).
