Onguma Game Reserve consists of 34 000 hectares on the Eastern Border of the Etosha National Park, bordering Fischer’s Pan. The Reserve offers not only guided game drive activities into the Etosha National Park but also guided walks and Rhino research drives on the private Reserve.

Stylish and natural sophistication is employed throughout Onguma Tented Camp, including the rooms that each feature en-suite bathrooms with a bath and outdoor shower. Each of the seven exquisitely styled tents are on a raised platform with a large private deck that overlooks the waterhole. A pool, surrounded by wooden decking, leads into the cool open-sided interior which houses a comfortable lounge and dining area.

The Fort is positioned in the heart of the Onguma Game Reserve, which is nestled up to the eastern border of Etosha National Park. Onguma The Fort is a unique lodge with possibly the best sunset view over the Etosha and Fishers pan.

One of 5 lodges on the reserve and entirely unique, Onguma The Fort features massive raw walls, stone cladded features and a large tower with views over the Namibian Pans. The Fort consists of 12 mini suites, each one is completely private and about 50 metres apart from one another. All rooms have lovely wooden decks which extend to the outside seating area with loungers for relaxing and enjoying the extraordinary view.

The lodge overlooks a waterhole, an excellent vantage from which to view some of the approximately 30 species of game and more than 300 bird species recorded in the area. In addition to on-site activities, the spectacular wildlife experience of Etosha National Park, with four of the Big 5, is practically on your doorstep.

Onguma Tree Top Camp is a small and intimate camp, especially designed for those travellers who would like to truly experience the bush in all its raw splendour. The Camp is built on wooden stilts amongst the tree tops with full views over one of the most beautiful watering holes on Onguma Game Reserve. The Camp consists of 4 thatched rooms with canvas walls, outside showers, a dining room and a main complex.
